You are welcome to select your own external vendors
All external suppliers are subject to our standard estate guidelines
All suppliers must be fully set up 2 hours before the wedding start time so we can clean after them

Catering package

Select from in the platinum package (please note catering is included at no additional charge for up to 30 guests)
Professional catering and service staff are included in your package

Music and cut off

Payments and deposits and Refunds

A 50% deposit is required to secure your selected wedding date
The 50% deposit remains strictly non-refundable under any circumstances
Remaining balances may be settled through four scheduled instalments
Dates cannot be amended once the initial deposit is processed
Cancellations sixteen weeks or more prior qualify for a partial refund
No refunds are provided for cancellations within fourteen weeks of the event
No adjustments to guest totals or any other details can be made within 4 weeks of the wedding date
Refunds will take place only after an official bank letter is submitted
Once the official bank letter is received, refunds will be paid out after 7 working days

Please note

No outside alcohol or catering is permitted, with the exception of edible guest gifts
All personal items and decor must be removed by 09:00 the day after your wedding
Le Bac Estate is not liable for loss or damage to items from outside vendors
Venue access times are strictly managed to facilitate cleaning and preparation for subsequent events
Clients are responsible for the coordination and timely collection of all third-party decor
Final site clearance must be completed by the specified time

Excluded

Decor, linen, and floral arrangements are quoted separately
Additional furniture beyond venue standard items, please see preferred suppliers for additional hire
Coffee and tea service station requirements can be quoted separately
Wedding cake and confectionery services can be quoted separately
Welcome sign, guests chart and stands for signs
Dj and sound equipment excluding the provided table
Welcome drinks and table wines (to be quoted separately)
